This website (the "Site") is operated by TNG WEAR ("we", "us", "our"), based in Bulgaria. TNG WEAR is currently operated as an individual business and is in the process of formal registration; these Terms will be updated with full company registration details once that process is complete. By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
All prices shown on the Site are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, and sizing accurately, but slight variations may occur between screen images and the physical product.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to limit order quantities, at our discretion.
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation. A contract between you and us is formed once we accept and confirm your order.
The only payment method currently available is Cash on Delivery — you pay in cash (or by card at the courier's terminal, where offered by the courier) when your order arrives. We do not currently process online card payments through this Site.
We currently ship to addresses within Bulgaria via Econt or an equivalent courier. We plan to expand shipping to other EU countries in the future.
Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Risk of loss and title to items pass to you once the courier delivers the order to you or your nominated recipient.
If you are a consumer ordering from within the EU, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Bulgarian consumer protection law.
Items that are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described are covered separately — contact us and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund including return shipping.
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has shipped by contacting us directly. Once an order has shipped, the withdrawal process in Section 5 applies instead.
All content on this Site — including the TNG WEAR name, logo, product designs, photography, and text — is the property of TNG WEAR and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, TNG WEAR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will first be handled through direct contact with us; if unresolved, EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
